Jamie, English and 52 years living in Hong Kong and I know the place. I personally completed 2,324 private tours in Hong Kong (6,000+ guests) from April 2011 - January 2020 and was considered one of the finest Private Tour Guides in Asia and I pioneered the Private Tour | Walking Tour | City Tour | Food Tour markets in Hong Kong, setting up in 2010.

Covid destroyed tourism in Hong Kong, Hong Kong was shut down to tourists for 3 years, 2020 - 2023 and only now is tourism getting back to pre - covid levels.

I am 63, still mobile but not able to walk long distances, certainly doing any length of tour is not feasible but attending meetings in person and such is no problem.

What I bring to the table is my extensive knowledge of tourism in Hong Kong, as mentioned I pioneered the Private Tour Industry in Hong Kong by setting up a website in 2010 and doing my first tour in April 2011 and along with my friends in the tour business we then created a huge market for tours that are simply amazing when you compare them to the traditional and quite awful coach tours which have dominated the Hong Kong market since the late 1960's.
